Remote access to OEM control and management level

  • Access to control systems (S5 controllers, UC-1, UC-3, UC-4, UC-100, UC-101)
  • Access to control station/production planning for maintenance work

Remote access to Baumüller AC drives

  • If necessary, with supplier support

Technical advice from our mechanics

  • Telephone support for mechanical troubleshooting

Implementation

  • Separate service PC or service laptop
  • Remote control via TeamViewer
  • No impact on the OEM access
  • Behind the client’s firewall
  • Encrypted connection
  • If desired, the connection can be switched off
    (Customer must actively participate in establishing the connection)

Client requirements

  • An internet-capable line must be installed at a specified point in the switchgear or in the control stations
  • Alternatively, there must be a Wi-Fi connection to the service laptop

The costs to you

Billing is on a call-by-call basis. €500 will be charged for the first half hour and €100 for each additional half hour.
